Geneva, IL - Oscar Newman® is launching its newest label, Truly Oscar™ to debut this Fall at the New York Pet Fashion Week this August 2008. Designed to be the lower-priced line of Oscar Newman, Truly Oscar™ will offer stylish dog apparel at a fraction of its luxury label.
