Because of this, it is our goal to ship items to you as soon as we receive your order. Ordering As an approved Oscar Newman retailer, there are four ways you can order: - Online:

Shop to enter the shopping site. Create a wholesale account, using
your unique Username and Password in the Wholesale Sign-In page. Once
your wholesale account is activated, you will be able to shop our wholesale
catalog 24/7! - By Fax: Simply fill in an order form and fax it to 630.589.0606. We will process your order as soon as we receive your fax and send you an email confirmation. - By Email: Send an email to info@oscarnewman.com that includes the items you want and the quantity of each. We will process your order as soon as we receive your email and send you a confirmation. - By Phone: Call 630.697.5566 to place an order. Delivery Time and Shipping Delivery Time Our items are intricately hand-beaded and embroidered, and are not mass-produced. We create only limited quantities at a time because we are obsessed with quality. However, we try to maintain an inventory of all our items and keep them in stock. If the items you ordered are in stock, it will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days of receiving your order. Custom jewelry orders will be shipped within 10 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you by email regarding the estimated delivery time. Occasionally, items are back-ordered. In this case, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the status. Every attempt will be made to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Shipping We offer two methods of shipping: 1) Standard shipping – UPS Ground or U.S. Priority mail. We ship most of our orders using these methods and charge actual shipping and insurance fees. There is a $5.95 wholesale surcharge fee for orders under $150.00. 2) Expedited shipping – You may request for expedited shipping, but you will incur higher shipping charges. We charge actual shipping and insurance fees. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping (i.e.: Over-night, 1 day, 2 day air) will approximately double or triple regular shipping charges. Please note: We do not drop-ship orders. Returns Returns are accepted with Return Authorization from Customer Service at 630.697.5566. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please return within 14 days from date of receipt. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your return. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. Jewelry and custom merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks. No cash or C.O.D. orders accepted. |
